One wireless watcher, who wanted to remain anonymous, exclaimed that “…this is an extremely rare occasion. I’ve heard rumours of sightings in the past but I never thought I’d see it with my own eyes. Everyone’s all atwitter.”
A confused and disheveled Doris Johnson, spokesperson of the Working in London Association for Non-connectivity (WLAN) lamented, “First and foremost, I’m concerned for the safety of our members. Everyone knows enterprise wireless never works as advertised, so there must be some sort of black magic in this. They go on and on about application layering, continuous mobility, 802.11a/b/g/n… It’s all a bit too much.”
Using their secret squirrel ‘Channel Blanket’ technology Extricom are boasting that they can even deliver on the promise of something called 802.11n, a frighteningly powerful new technology that will help companies to gain maximum advantage from their wireless systems and deliver what has been dubbed a wireless ‘n’frastructure.
